Ah, childhood memories...I remember, as I'm sure many of you reading this also do, when all I wanted to be was Short Round, Indiana Jones' kid sidekick! Ah, those heady days before we were old enough to recognize, much less participate in any sort of ethnic stereotyping!
At any rate, Short Round's coming to a shelf near you courtesy of Hasbro and Mighty Muggs, complete with chopped-off legs to make him stand out (under?) the rest of the Muggs. It's some sort of exclusive, so you may need to pre-order it with your comic shop or something, because it won't be sitting there at the local TRU for you to simply grab and buy. Or, you could go the ebay route and pay 2-3 times suggested retail for the little guy. The choice is yours!
