Joe Quesada Talking Marvel's Future With Digital Comics

In the latest edition of his regular Cup o' Joe column, big Joe Quesada had the following to say about the inevitability of digital comic book publishing.

“I think the next big commercial format will be the digital format. It’s paradoxical, because I think we all ‘know that,’ but we don’t know what form it will take. Thousands of people are experimenting with different formats and different techniques in digital. And I’m sure we’ll all continue experimenting for the next few years until the apple falls on someone’s head and they figure it out.”

Interesting choice of words at the end there. Is it a deliberate hint at things to come or just a coincidental use of an old cliche?
