I thought that these were a Target exclusive, but they do appear to be on Amazon, so apparently that was an incorrect assumption. Either way, my current aversion to buying action figures was sorely tested yesterday when I happened upon the first wave of a new Secret Wars set. Each 2-pack features a pair of characters from the mid-80s epic, as well as one of the first 3 issues of the series itself (in reprint form, natch.)
The characters seem to be paired completely at random - Captain America and Klaw(!), Wolverine and Johnny Storm/Human Torch, and Spider-Man and Thunderball, of all characters. But they look pretty decent, and really, Klaw and Thunderball are pretty damn awesome. It's no wonder Disney bought them up last week!
