Spike TV Brings Ed Brubaker's ANGEL OF DEATH Web Series To Cable

This is one way to make online video productions profitable: bring them to TV! Spike TV will be airing Ed Brubaker's Angel of Death web series as a collected 90 minute movie on July 25th. Apparently, the Zoe Bell starring vehicle has done rather well online, nearing 5 million plays to date, which is incredibly impressive for an episodic, non-name brand series. Something tells me tht Sony and their web portal Crackle, who financed and host the series, will be talking to Brubaker and Bell about a repeat performance sooner than later.
