I'm genuinely unsure whether this is a brilliant way to make kids unafraid of going to the dentist or whether it could unintentionally foster a "Hey kids - cavities are FUN!" message. Whatever the case, it gives me the willies and Santa won't be spending his hard-earned cash on one for this household this Christmas.
